We offer a 30 day refund policy on receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused and in original packaging. For returns and refunds please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, specific item name/s and your reason for return.
Once your request is received we will review and reply within 48 business hours. Requests made after the 30 day time period unfortunately will not be able to be accepted.
Once your return has been approved and received we will send you an email notifying you of the confirmation of receiving your item/s and once your item/s have been inspected, if approved a refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the payment to clear with your bank.
Please ensure to read all descriptions on the product, including color and size choice, etc as we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect choice. We offer returns only if item is damaged, incorrect or did not arrive. Please also allow slight difference between colors as screen monitors may display colors differently. Please also allow 1-3cm difference in measurements for some items.
We do are best to ensure products are accurately described and perform as expected to service you and your pet. There however and unfortunately can be times when products may have an issue and if this is the case we are committed to resolving issues for our customers.
Please ensure the address you entered is correct as unfortunately once an order has been sent we cannot change shipping or give credits or refunds for incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
If you believe we have made an error, please accept our sincere apologies. And know we will work to make it right. We are happy to replace or exchange your item. We ask that you follow these procedures in order to complete the return/exchange process:
- Take a photo of the item showing the issue you have.
- Send an email with your order number and replacement request in the subject line to email@example.com
- Please include the photos, description of the issue, order number and your request for replacement/exchange.
We will reply to you with and answer as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 48 business hours for us to respond.
We guarantee you will receive your order. Please understand there may be various reasons that your order may be delayed and these are outside our control. If your order has not been received and tracking is no longer showing it is in the process of being sent to you then we will send you a replacement order promptly to your original shipping address.
Items received damaged or faulty will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you.
If you have an issues receiving your refund once refund has been approved, please check with your bank first as it may take some time before your refund is processed by the bank. If there is still an issue after contacting the bank, please contact us via email for us to investigate it for you.
